Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Rate: $30/hour (Project cap: $5,000)
Location: USA/UK/Europe - Remote
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Self-Employed.
This is a short-term, project-based role. The successful applicant will be engaged as an independent contractor and will be responsible for managing their own taxes and compliance in their country of residence.
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a short-term project transferring contact notes and data from our Monday.com CRM into a structured spreadsheet. This contractor role requires strong accuracy, organization, and experience with data tools.
You’ll work independently but with regular check-ins, and your work will directly support key team operations by improving the accessibility and structure of CRM data.
The successful candidate will have to be available and willing to take check in calls to accommodate primarily PST timezone but possibly also EST and GMT timezones too.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and interpret contact notes and related data from Monday.com CRM boards
- Organize and transfer data into a clean, well-formatted Excel spreadsheet
- Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and consistently categorized
- Flag any unclear or incomplete entries
- Maintain formatting standards across the dataset
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly progress updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written & speaking
- Proven experience working with Monday.com (CRM experience preferred)
- Strong Excel skills, including use of structured formatting and data validation
- Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage time
- Prior experience with data migration or cleanup projects
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and how data structures function
Project Deliverables
- A completed Excel spreadsheet containing all relevant contact notes and CRM data
- Structured formatting and validation applied throughout
- Timely progress updates via scheduled check-ins (in primarily PST, USA timezone)
